Roof Leak and Structural Repair

Water is coming through the ceiling and I can already see parts of the roof frame sagging. This is not a standard flat, pitched, or metal installation, and the covering material is also something other than asphalt shingles, metal, or tile, so I need someone comfortable working on non-conventional builds. The job is straightforward in scope but urgent in timing: • We want to repair the roof completely by building another roof and dismantling the current roof for a long term solution. As such, we also want to build a 1st floor in the future. We want a temporary solution for the leaking roof. This is a remote consultation work and I will provide photos and video/drone video for you to suggest propositions. If you are familiar with mixed-material or custom roofs, let me know; that expertise will be a plus.
