I'd confirm which one in M1 so you know the running cost before the build starts. I'd build this on Playwright with a Python harness rather than UiPath or Automation Anywhere. No licensing overhead, and when the destination form gets redesigned (they always do), you update a selector config file instead of re-recording a workflow. Dropdowns fill by visible text so a DOM rerender doesn't break them, date pickers use native input value with a dispatched change event, and file uploads go through setInputFiles. Source form polling runs on a configurable interval; each run writes a SQLite row and saves a PNG to a dated folder, so auditing is a directory listing.
