Modernize Marblejs + RxJS

Summary I've got a backend written in Marblejs, RxJS with CQRS, and people struggle working with those technologies. Need someone who is experienced with more modern and easier-to-use frameworks, and on top of those, to help migrate the codebase, so it's much faster to develop with. Backend DB is MongoJS via native queries, with AWS / Atlas. This project is a test, looking for the long term if this goes well.
