У вас Quote-First для коммерции, но Invoice-First для остатков, и вся сложность спрятана в этом стыке: строки счёта строятся из КП, а наличие резервируется только при счёте. Без блокировки на уровне БД два тенанта легко зарезервируют один и тот же остаток. За $130 весь PDR не сделать, только первый этап. Я делал backend на Spring Boot с PostgreSQL и Kafka, так что мультитенантность и транзакции знакомы. Какой модуль нужен первым?

Hello there, Interiolane is not a simple SaaS build it needs a strong multi-tenant foundation because tenant isolation, authorization, immutable financial/inventory records and version history are core product requirements. I’d design the architecture around those invariants first, then build the business modules on top of it. Key architecture priorities: * Strict tenant isolation using PostgreSQL RLS plus application-level authorization * Separate user identity, tenant membership, roles and permission scopes * Customer-safe data projections so internal records never leak through APIs * Immutable financial, inventory and audit records with controlled corrections * Quote-first commercial preparation while keeping inventory strictly invoice-first * Versioned quotations, designs, documents, invoices, policies, permissions and production records * Approval workflows with complete audit evidence * Modular APIs designed for future mobile applications and integrations * Secure file access and tenant-scoped storage * AI workflows isolated behind controlled services rather than tightly coupling AI to core transactions The codebase, database migrations, environment configuration, documentation and deployment setup can be maintained under client-owned repositories/accounts from the beginning.
