How its done: • On behalf of Main Source, Call Center (Fronters) will transfer interested customers (Leads) to Closers by offering Main Source packages based on Remote Technical Services. • T1 agent will offer free diagnostic check of the customer machine and if machine is infected T1 must build urgency then transfer the call to T2 closer. • If the customer wants to fix the problem on their computer then the T1 agent will connect with T2 to pitch for signup then fix the problem.
