About Us We’re Krocodile Works, a data solutions company specializing in probate real estate leads. Our mission is simple: help investors, agents, and law firms access accurate, high-quality probate data so they can close more deals, faster. We’re growing quickly and now need a Sales Manager to help us scale our outreach, build relationships, and close accounts. The Role We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Manager who can own the sales process end-to-end. You’ll be handling inbound leads, outbound outreach, and closing deals with real estate professionals, law firms, and investors. You’ll also help refine our sales scripts, improve conversion rates, and guide our sales team. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B clients (real estate investors, agents, firms) Run outbound & inbound sales calls with professionalism and energy Build and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets Oversee CRM usage, follow-ups, and reporting Train and coach junior sales reps as we expand Work closely with leadership to refine offers and pricing What We’re Looking For 3+ years in B2B sales / account management (real estate, data, or SaaS is a huge plus) Strong closer with proven ability to hit and exceed targets Experience managing a pipeline using CRM tools Clear, persuasive communication skills (US market experience preferred) Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment What We Offer Competitive base + strong commission (uncapped earning potential) Long-term role with room to grow into Head of Sales Work directly with founders on strategy and execution Remote & flexible — results matter more than hours Compensation Commission: 5–10% of closed deals (average client $700–$1,500/month) This means successful managers can earn $3,000–$5,000+ per month once ramped.
