I am looking for a driven, native Swedish-speaking B2B Sales Representative to join my company on a freelance, part-time basis (approx. 15-20 hours/week). My company operates within procurement, analysis, and logistics. Important: I am NOT looking for a strategic management consultant to build a high-level strategy, nor am I looking for a pure appointment setter. I need a hands-on, full-cycle sales professional who takes ownership of the entire process—from the first cold outreach to signing the contract. What you will do: Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients in the Swedish market. Outreach: Initiate contact through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn. Meetings: Conduct digital sales meetings and present our solutions independently. Closing: Drive the deal all the way across the finish line and negotiate terms. Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated and provide brief weekly status reports. Who you are: Native in Swedish and fluent in professional English. You have a proven track record in B2B sales and are comfortable handling the entire sales cycle yourself. You are a "doer" who isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You are self-motivated, organized, and driven by results. Compensation: We are looking for a win-win setup. We offer a fair base hourly rate to cover your time, combined with a very generous commission model for closed deals. (Note: We are not looking for senior consultancy rates of 1000+ SEK/h, but rather a hungry sales professional who wants to build a great income through actual results).
