We are an Australian based finance company. We are commencing a marketing campaign targetting Accountants in Australia. We have a database and contact details of thousands of Accountants and now we need help contacting those Accountants to promote and sell our offering to them. They will not buy over the phone so the objective is to get them to agree to a face to face appointment for one of our Directors to visit them and discuss the concept and opportunities.
A telemarketing approach cannot be taken as it will turn them off. It has to be personal, professional and succinct. Also the personal making the call must have a perfect Australian accent so we will interview candidates by phone to test accents and professionalism.
Your task is to:
- learn about our company and what we are offering to Accountnants and their clients (so you can handle preliminary questions by phone)
- call Accountants in specific order and location to make appointments for our Directors to meet with them
- diarise and confirm appointments to minimise any cancellations or rescheduling
- help with follow up information after meetings (will not be required on all aoccassions but sometimes will have to call the Accountant or email them some information)
We will breakdown the calling program into phases. The first phase will be small to make sure it is working well. In this first phase we want 10 appointments for Melbourne in the next 2 weeks and 10 for Sydney.
The measure of success is appointments made and attended so we will pay based on that measure. Please make your bids on $X for 20 appointments made and attended in Phase 1. We will extend or create a new project for Phase 2 etc where we will want a lot more appointments made.
