We are looking for an agent (possible 2 or more) to operate our new live chat.
Responsibilities include: responding to customer question, selling the products, customer support.
Must has mastery of English and experience Must be available to respond for 12hr per day from 7am EST to 7pm EST, 7 days a week.
We will provide you with the following:

Ability to send email to our advanced support team for more complicated issues
You will be able to connect with one of our advanced support individuals via skype for urgent issues.
Corporate email will be provided.
Access to our chat platform remotely
Exclusive coupons that can be used to get conversions in the chat
Annual Bonus' depending on closed sales
We only pay for billable hours!
Total estimated work / billable hours spent per month are estimated to be around 10hrs calculated as follows:
Average conversation duration: 5min
Number of chat sessions: 120
Total number of billable minutes: 5*120 = 600
Total number of billable hours: 600/60 = 10
Each month we will re-assess the number of chat sessions and increase the amount paid based on demand. However our 10 billable hours will be considered the guaranteed minimum. So, if the actual time spent is less than the minimum we will still pay for the full billable hours.
Please provide quote for 1 months work using the information we provided above. This has the opportunity to be reoccurring Please note that while we are looking for a fixed price there will be a lot of down time.
This has the opportunity to grow into a much larger contract depending on performance.
