Our business Australian School Search is looking at recruiting a few sales agent in SA to do sale for our online product. We have build a Australian School Search web and the primary task of the sale agent will be selling the right to private and public school to have their special profile posted on our website. The duration of the job depend on the number of schools the agents want to take upon.
Sale Rep will get paid based on sale comission,
A primary school profile cost 500 dollars, sale reps get 20% of this
A middle school profile cost 750 dollars, sale reps get 15% of this
A high school profile cost 750 dollars, sale reps get 15% of this
Example: a combined school with primary, middle and high school department will pay 2000 per year, sale rep will get 15% of this which is 300 dollars.
There are other advertising space that sale reps can sell to schools as well and they will also get commission of this as well.
There will be bonus if sale reps reach a certain agreeable target as well.
Duty: The sale rep will be assigned a number of private and catholic school within a certain suburb,
They will call up the school to get the business manager's name.
They will then print out a letter with that school and that business manager's name on it.
They will do this for all the schools within the suburb they are in charge of.
They plan their route to go to all these schools near each other in the suburb in one go. They will travel there, give the manager a business folder. The business folder will include a letter of introduction + recognition that the product have receive from the industry, it will also include a sale booklet, the sale booklet will talk about what the website is, what is the product, the images of the products and its uniqueness, advantages... (all of these will be professional designed in a way to increase the chance of you making the sale).
Then a week later the sale rep will call back these school to check their interested and set up meeting.
Once meeting are set, the sale rep will do a brief research upon the school to find what is unique about that school such as when is it open day, does it have a special technology center and what does its recent achievement is... in order to personalize the sale process to increase the chance of making the sale.
Then the sale reps will go to these school and make sell.
We need people who is good with speaking, can travel around. You will be receive lots of training and practice for it.
