We are in search of an experience sales professional that is fluently bilingual in both English and Spanish, with a friendly demeanor/personality, able to learn quickly, highly organized, can multitask effectively , and pays attention to details. We have a unique opportunity to join our law firm here as an Intake Sales Professional, handling incoming phone calls and emails with the goal of booking/scheduling them for consultations and ultimately for retainer. Training will be provided, along with all IT systems access, and an introduction to the core team at the law firm. The compensation structure will be $400 a weekly base pay, or commission, whichever is higher. For example: If $340 was made in a particular week, $400 would be compensation for that week. If $830 was made in a particular week, $830 would be compensation for that week. Commission is earned each time a potential customer books a consultation with our law firm. $40 is earned for each booking. Calls and emails come in from our marketing and advertising, but when there are no calls/emails, we rely on this Intake Sales Professional to utilize contacting previous clients via phone and email, using social media, checking online forums, and other alternative methods to drive interest. This position will be filled with someone who can dedicate a full day to the responsibility of this role and its related duties. Must have home computer or laptop, high speed Internet, smartphone, business casual dress for some video calls, quiet work area for phone calls/meetings, and can start right away!
