I’m digging into how Coca-Cola and Pepsi organize product distribution at a national level and want first-hand perspective rather than generic desk research. Having work ex in sales is mandatory. No data needs to be shared. What I need • A 60- to 90-minute conversation (or two shorter calls) where you walk me through the distribution model you’ve used or observed while working directly with either brand. Ideal fit You’ve held a sales, route-to-market, or category role with Coca-Cola or Pepsi (or one of their authorized bottlers) and can speak candidly about real-world processes. No data needs to be shared during the conversation- this is a GTM research about companies.
