We are an AI automation agency serving US and Canada local businesses (Home Services, Med Spas, and Medical Transportation). We are hiring a commission-based cold caller and sales closer. Role Responsibilities: • Cold call US business owners (leads sourced from Google My Business listings) • Present our AI automation solution clearly and confidently • Qualify interested prospects • Book Zoom demos • Close deals directly inside the meeting • Send a structured daily performance report Daily Report Must Include: • Total calls made • Calls answered • Interested prospects • Not interested • Appointments booked • Deals closed About the Leads: Leads are cold. We provide business data sourced from GMB (Google My Business). You will be calling business owners directly. Compensation Structure: • Commission per closed client • Recurring monthly commission (MRR) as long as client remains active • No base salary initially For high performers: Full-time salary option will be available for the best candidates after proven performance. Ideal Candidate: • Experienced in US outbound cold calling • Strong objection handling • Comfortable with cold leads • Fluent and confident English • Comfortable working US time zones • Self-disciplined and results-driven We Provide: • Dialer access (or you may use your own US/Canada number) • Scripts and positioning • Target lists • Clear commission breakdown • Ongoing support This is a long-term opportunity for serious sales professionals only.
