Experienced Cold Caller for Real Estate Investors and/or Realtors Only. Willingness to follow the script provided by our firm, call three a times, use our MOJO dialer and Line2 phone number. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the 3 call rule of thumb. Ability to get the necessary details regarding the property and set the appointment. Ability to overcome objections, likable, friendly and warm tone of voice. The calls will be recorded in MOJO dialer so if it is found that who we hire is NOT the person making the call we will dispute the charges. We are fun and easy to work with and have a lot of integrity. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with our dialer. 100 Leads- calling the BEST number for each lead 3 Times. 1. Call Times 8:30am 12:15am 3:45pm 2. Drop a message on the third call if never reached 3. Use the BUYERS Mojo Dialer and Line 2 phone number 4. Use the BUYERS script 5. Leave very detailed notes in MOJO 6. Set Appointments and times for us to follow up on all leads that are interested
