The Opportunity We're looking for a self-driven Freelance BD Executive who can identify, reach out to, and close SME clients who need our HR services. This is a commission-only role, meaning no cap on what you earn. The more you close, the more you make. If you have an existing network in the SME space or know how to generate leads independently, this is a great opportunity to monetize that network. What You'll Do * Identify and prospect SMEs that could benefit from our HR services * Pitch and present Shivaro Prime's solutions (we'll provide all materials) * Handle initial conversations and hand off to us for contracts & onboarding * Build long-term relationships with potential clients You're a Great Fit If You: * Have experience in B2B sales, HR industry, or selling to SMEs * Are comfortable with outreach (LinkedIn, calls, emails, referrals) * Are self-motivated and results-oriented * Can work independently without hand-holding * Have a network of founders, HR heads, or business owners - big plus!
