You will work both the Oil & Gas/industrial contracting space and Series A–B tech startups, so you must be equally comfortable talking insulation superintendents and AI founders. Your sweet spot is cold-calling and email sequences, and you know exactly how to get a hiring manager on the phone, confirm an urgent vacancy, and move the conversation to a signed search agreement. That is the only point where you hand the baton back to me; my team sources, screens, and delivers the talent. Compensation is simple: 40 % of every fee we collect. Typical deals range from US $5 000 to $20 000+, and clients pay nothing up-front, which keeps the sales cycle short and conversion high. There is no cap on earnings.
