Construction Sales Engineer – Udaipur, Rajasthan

I run a construction-material supply and installation firm based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Our portfolio covers AAC blocks, sandwich PUF panels, fly-ash bricks, paver blocks, colour-coated profile sheets and turnkey portable site containers. Business is expanding quickly, and I need a freelance sales / business-development engineer who can turn that momentum into a steady stream of qualified enquiries. Your main metric will be the volume and quality of enquiries you generate; everything else flows from that. The role is visiting active and upcoming construction sites, setting up face-to-face or virtual meetings, making well-researched cold calls and relentlessly following up new-project leads until a clear yes or no is on the table. Once interest is secured, you will work with our in-house team to prepare the commercial offer and help drive it through to an order. The market segments we serve include construction companies, architects and designers, builders and developers, hotel projects, cold-storage facilities and specialised laboratory builds—essentially any project where modern, energy-efficient envelope or masonry solutions add value. Deliverables I will look for • Weekly summary of site visits, meetings, calls and enquiry status • A live pipeline report showing prospect stage, expected order value and next action • Copies of submitted quotations and final order confirmations Success will be measured by both the number of actionable enquiries generated and the conversion of those enquiries into signed purchase orders for our product lines.
