As a freelance salesperson, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and focus on achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and projects within the construction industry, including developers, architects, property owners, and general contractors.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for business growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and face-to-face meetings.

Understand client needs, expectations, and requirements to propose suitable construction services and solutions.
Collaborate with the company's management, estimators, and project teams to develop competitive proposals and bids for new projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Regularly update the company on sales activities, pipeline development, and potential project opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay informed of industry developments.
Continuously develop and refine sales strategies to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
