Freelance Sales Consultant (Italian Speaker)

About Us: Crescere Digitali is a digital training provider specializing in high-level technical and practical courses (Coding, Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, and Cyber Security). We support professionals, companies, and students in acquiring strategic technological skills through hands-on laboratory learning using real industry tools and interfaces. We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for a results-driven Freelance Sales Account / Sales Consultant to develop our B2B and B2C client portfolio for the Italian market. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Reach out to and engage prospective clients (companies, professionals, students) interested in our digital and tech training programs. Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide prospective students toward the technical training path that best fits their needs. Consultative Selling: Present our technical educational programs (e.g., Python, Claude AI, Web Development, Cyber Security) by clearly highlighting their practical application. Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial proposal to closing the contract. Pipeline Tracking: Update sales performance and pipeline status regularly within our internal systems/CRM. Requirements: Language: Fluent or Native Italian (Mandatory). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Italian are required to close deals. Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within EdTech, professional training, IT services, or SaaS. Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with the digital/tech sector. You do not need to be a programmer, but you must be able to understand and explain the value of technical curriculums like Python, AI, or WordPress. Setup: This is a position for independent freelancers/contractors. Compensation & Setup: Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor. Compensation Structure: Fully commission-based, calculated as a fixed percentage on the value of each training package sold. Performance Bonus: Progressive financial incentives upon hitting monthly or quarterly revenue targets. Location: 100% Remote.
