High-Commission Sales Rep Wanted

Job Title: Sales Representative / Business Development (High Commission) About Criador Kosmos Criador Kosmos is a next-generation social media marketing agency. We specialize in a unique "Nano-Squad" theory: we leverage Macro-influencers to lead highly engaged Nano-influencer teams, providing brands with massive reach and authentic engagement. Additionally, we provide full-scale Instagram Management and Growth Strategy for brands. The Opportunity We are looking for aggressive, results-driven Sales Professionals or Lead Generators to connect our agency with brands looking to scale. You will be selling two primary services: Influencer Campaigns: Average deal size 15k. (Includes our proprietary Macro/Nano squad strategy). Social Media Management & Strategy: Fixed retainer of 45k per month. (Managed by our specialized internal team). Commission Structure This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. 10% Commission on every deal closed. For a standard 15k campaign, you earn 1.5k. For a 45k management contract, you earn 4.5k. Full support from our internal strategy team to help you "seal the deal" once the brand is interested. Your Responsibilities Identify and outreach to brands that align with influencer collaborations. Pitch our unique "Nano-Squad" theory and social media management services. Schedule meetings/calls between brand decision-makers and our technical team. Manage the relationship until the contract is signed. Who You Are You have experience in Sales, Business Development, or PR. You have an existing network of brand managers, marketing directors, or business owners. You understand the Instagram ecosystem (Influencers, Reels, Algorithm). You are a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding. Why Join Us?
