We invite accomplished sales executives to join us in our mission to expand and enhance our distinguished collection. This role has a base of $500 p/m + uncapped commision, offering substantial financial rewards aligned with your success. Commission Structure: Initial Engagement: Secure $750 on each $5000 deposit per onboarded property - 15% commission Enhanced Earnings on Balance after the $5000 payment from the prospects: 1BR - $15,000: Receive 12% commission, totalling $1,800. 2BR - $20,000: Receive 15% commission, totalling $3,000. 3BR - $25,000: Receive 18% commission, totalling $4,500. Performance Incentives: Quarterly Excellence Bonus: Surpass a quarterly threshold of 10 new properties to earn an additional $1,000. Annual Achievement Award: Exceed an annual goal of 40 properties and receive a prestigious $5,000 bonus. Special Recognition for Key Contributions: 20 Property Acquisition Bonus: Introduce 20 exceptional properties into our esteemed portfolio within a year and secure a special $2,000 reward. Elite Property Bonus: Successfully contract properties in sought-after locations or those with premium amenities to receive an extra $500 per property. Compensation Scenarios exclusing your $500p/m retainer: 1. Hygiene Standard (Minimum Expected Performance) Properties Sold: 5 per quarter (20 per year). Average Property Fee: Assume mostly $15,000 properties. (Minimum Expected Performance): $53,000 Annually. Selling primarily $15,000 properties, achieving basic commission and meeting the minimum quarterly bonus requirements. 2. Realistic Aim (Average Performance) Properties Sold: 8 per quarter (32 per year). Average Property Fee: Mixed, with an average fee of $18,000. (Average Performance): $113,400 Annually. Selling a mix of $15,000, $20,000, and $25,000 properties, earning more from higher-value properties and achieving more consistent quarterly bonuses. 3. High Performance (Exceeding Expectations) Properties Sold: 12 per quarter (48 per year). Average Property Fee: Higher proportion of $20,000 and $25,000 properties. (Exceeding Expectations): $206,280 Annually. Selling a larger number of $20,000 and $25,000 properties, maximizing the higher commission rates and earning all possible quarterly and annual bonuses. Candidate Profile: - A refined negotiator with impeccable taste and a proven track record in sales. - Stellar communication skills and a flair for engaging with an upscale clientele. - Experience in luxury real estate or elite hospitality industries is highly desirable. - Experience in the short-term rental market is highly desirable.
