Hi, We assign incoming leads a level (1 to 3). Once given that level we want to distribute these leads among our sales people. HubSpot's default 'Rotate leads' step in Contact workflows is too limited. It assigns leads evenly, but we need to give weights to our sales people like 2/2/1 or 40%/40%/20%, ( e.g. to seperate between senior and junior sales reps ) We found something that seemed to suit our needs, using a webhook step to the URL which hosts an app ( read it here > [login to view URL] ) After some questions from our site, the developer told us it was limited to just one workflow. We need three seperate workflows as we need the 3 categories of leads to be distributed seperately.

Hi, I can create a php (or python)script which rotates the lead distribution of leads to sales people based on their weight and the category of the lead. In Hubspot workflow, this script can be set to be called as a webhook and it will set the appropriate owner of the lead based on the owner weight and lead category. Regards, Sreekumar
