I need a salesman

I own a small business that creates websites. I require a salesman that can issue his own invoice to my company for any client that pays me in order to create for his business a website. I address my services to b2b and b2c. I need a salesman in order to find clients and close the deals. As soon as a deal is close the salesman will send me the client's details in order to invoice him and start preparing the website. Upon receipt and settlement of my invoice I can pay the salesman the agreed commission.
