Our Requirement
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work from home, answer telephone calls, live chats and emails to a high standard in Norwegian. Over the years we have built up a following from our customers, particularly in Norway. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and offering a service that leaves our customers amazed.
What do you need?
At least 1 year’s previous experience either directly within customer services or similar.
Be able to work from home on a freelance basis.
Excellent skills of Norwegian language, both written and oral.
PC / Internet literate to a good standard.
Numerate and have attention to detail.
Well organised.
Great at time management.
Have a good computer and stable internet connection at home.
You must have a home environment that is quiet and distraction free.
Any relevant direct experience would be advantageous.
An interest in natural healthcare and/or supplements would be great.
Flexibility
We are predominantly looking for people who can work part time (25-30 hours per week) between 9:00am to 15:00pm Monday-Friday(UK time).
Training
You will be initially trained remotely via Skype and then, we will invite you to the UK to further enhance your training (all expenses paid).
