We are a boutique cloud consulting company working primarily with funded mid-size (50-200 employees) startups in Israel and Europe.
We are looking to standardize our sales process. We are searching for an experienced sales assistant to help us run and improve our outbound (email & Linkedin) outreach processes.
If you've managed outbound communication before, understand the B2B sales lifecycle and have excellent written English communication skills - we would love to have a chat! If you've worked with a technology startup or a dev shop before, that would be a huge advantage too!
Here's a list of tasks and activities we would love your help with:
1. Compile a weekly list of prospects and accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales navigator or similar.
2. Run our cold outreach campaigns and take care of the first tier communication with interested (or not so) prospects.
3. Log relevant opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot) and assemble a list of contacts for on-going nurturing campaigns and communication.
4. Analyze the outbound channel performance and suggest improvements to our outreach processes, templates, and campaigns.
Since we are a relatively small agency, we have plenty of room for personal and professional growth. We are looking for people who will stay on-board to experience this growth with us!
We view this role as an essential part of our sales process and want to develop a successful long-term relationship. After a few months of working together on an hourly basis, we will be happy to consider a success fee.
