Part-Time Design Services Promoter

I run an architectural and interior design practice and will be setting up small stalls and kiosks at malls and events to reach new clients. I need a smart, approachable sales girl who can confidently explain our architectural design and interior design packages to passers-by and collect qualified leads. You will be talking to owners and developers of residential, commercial and even public projects, so an ability to grasp the basics of both architecture and interior design is important. I will brief you thoroughly on our portfolio, pricing tiers and visual material before each shift, but I’m counting on you to translate that information into a clear, friendly pitch that sparks interest. Key expectations • Welcome visitors to the stand, introduce our architectural and interior design services, and answer initial questions. • Note each prospect’s project type (home, shop, office, café, public venue, etc.) along with their contact details in a lead sheet or tablet form I’ll provide. • Keep the kiosk neat, ensure the roll-up banners, sample boards and tablets are always presentable, and restock brochures when they run low. • Submit a short end-of-day report summarising the number of serious leads, common questions asked and any feedback you gathered. Acceptance criteria for each shift 1. Minimum of 20 meaningful interactions logged. 2. Lead sheet completed with accurate contact info and project notes. 3. Stand appearance checked against the opening photo and kept tidy throughout the day. 4. End-of-day report emailed within one hour of closing. If you are enthusiastic, presentable and enjoy converting casual interest into real design enquiries, I’d love to work with you on a part-time basis across upcoming weekends and trade events.
