I am rolling out a new energy hydration-drink range across Bangalore and Chennai and need agile field support to accelerate store penetration and brand visibility. The assignment is focused on a b2b strategy in-market on the field execution, not desk work, so your day will be spent meeting, co working spaces, IT parks, large offices, Schools, leading restaurants, retail shop owners, gyms, malls etc rather than staring at spreadsheets. You will handle: • Retail store visits – mapping priority outlets, pitching the drink, securing shelf space, checking stock and merchandising. • Product demonstrations – setting up quick tastings, explaining flavour and functional benefits, capturing feedback with photos or short clips. • New client acquisition – identifying upmarket premium locality popular stores, HORECA and modern-trade counters, closing first orders and logging details in my lightweight app-based CRM. I’ll provide point-of-sale materials, demo stock, a basic pitch deck and onboarding on the mobile reporting tool. At the end of each shift I need a visit log, photos of facings or demo set-ups and confirmed order values; accuracy here drives our weekly incentives. The schedule is flexible—roughly three to four hours a day, five days a week—so it pairs well with studies or another job. Familiarity with FMCG retail routes in Bangalore and Chennai make your ramp-up faster, but what matters most is confidence when speaking to retailers and the self-discipline to hit daily outlet targets. All earnings are commission based on a fixed stipend and sales revenue collections.
