Job Title Recruiters for MLM Leader & Distributor – MLM / Network Marketing (Hong Kong & Asia Markets, Commission-Based, Pay on Close) Budget Fixed Price: $500 – $5,000 USD (This range reflects estimated earnings potential. Actual payment is commission-based per successful recruit – uncapped earning potential.) Job Description I am a Senior Leader/Distributor with AFC Life Science, a Health & Wellness network marketing company. I'm currently expanding from Malaysia into Hong Kong, Asia, and international markets. I'm looking for someone who already understands the MLM space and can help me attract, screen, and onboard new distributors primarily through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Target Market: Hong Kong (primary) Asia and international markets (secondary) Language: Cantonese is not required, but familiarity with the Hong Kong or Asian market is a strong advantage English and Mandarin are a plus If you're based outside Asia, that's fine – my team handles local servicing Compensation (Pay on Close Only): You get paid per successful recruit. No base salary – 100% performance-based with uncapped earnings. Big Package (RM 7,200 / ~HKD 12,500): Your commission = RM 705 (~HKD 1,220) per successful recruit Small Package (RM 1,200 / ~HKD 2,100): Your commission = RM 117 (~HKD 200) per successful recruit What counts as a "Close": New distributor successfully registers AND purchases the package I handle all presentations, training, and product knowledge – you focus on bringing people in Bonus: High performers will be rewarded with additional bonuses based on volume (details discussed with shortlisted candidates). What You'll Do: Design and execute a weekly content and outreach plan tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Engage with prospects in real time, answer initial questions, and book them into my presentation funnel Track conversations and conversions so we can measure what works and refine quickly Who I'm Looking For: Someone with MLM / network marketing experience (please share examples of past recruiting campaigns you've managed) Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and basic CRM tracking Can deliver consistent, qualified sign-ups Keeps communication transparent and reliable If this sounds like you, let's talk.
