Remote Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Remote Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Stipend: Commission-Based Pay (No Fixed Salary) About the Role We are looking for driven and self-motivated Sales Executives to help grow our client base and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our services, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships — all on a flexible, freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the drive to take initiative and deliver results. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Pitch and present Linkific's services to prospects effectively. Follow up with leads and move them through the sales pipeline. Close deals and meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and retention. Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Attend Google Meet discussions and review calls as needed. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold outreach. Self-driven with the ability to work independently without supervision. Good negotiation and relationship-building skills. Organized with the ability to manage and track multiple leads simultaneously. Preferred Skills Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems. Experience with B2B or B2C sales environments. Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented mindset. Educational Qualifications Open to all educational backgrounds. Prior sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell is a plus. Compensation Commission-based earnings — you earn based on deals you close. No fixed salary.
