This is a small and fast-growing, customer focused eCommerce store selling salon and spa furniture. Our revenues in 2017 are more than double 2016’s.
We’re very busy. I need someone to take over the day-to-day operations so I can focus on growing the store.
This is an exciting long-term oportunity for you -
There’s only one person above you (me, the owner). We will grow and hire more, so you have the potential to become the manager, director… maybe even CEO - if you are amazing.
As you grow, the position can grow with you, based on your skills and interests.
Whichever direction your passion and talent take you, we’ll offer you free training so you can live up to your potential.
You’ll be responsible for running the store, starting with just a few tasks.
As you learn, you’ll gradually be in charge of most operations. We’ll train you.

You’ll answer customer questions over phone, chat, and email. You’ll give quotes, take and coordinate orders, solve shipping problems, update spreadsheets, etc.
On average, order management will take about 40-70% of your day.

*REQUIRED - Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quick at any time during business hours. No loud background noise - children, dogs, etc.
Full time position (40 hours/week): Work hours may change slightly but are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Pacific Time with a lunch break. Fridays are not set - I’ll explain later.
