Responsibilities and Duties
Will be responsible for creating strategies for a successful appointment before every appointment.
Taking time to understand the clients’ company to give the highest quality service.
He/She is responsible for closing deals via video or phone call.
Creating rapport from the appointments and sharing it back to the team.
Helping clients understand how our service can help their company.
Provide good insight and suggestions to the team for sales development.
Help assist client onboarding:
Simple & easy onboarding process.
We try to give our clients a flawless onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Ability
Experience in telesales calling.
Have the ability to create a good rapport for the team.
Know how to follow up with prospects.
Must have good knowledge of web design & development, SaaS & B2B industries.
Good communication skills: Must be able to communicate with the client and the team.
Ability to bring clarity to the prospect’s mind and help them through the sale process.
