Buscamos un profesional en Ventas y Marketing con base en Ecuador (preferiblemente Quito) para representar a The Bridge, una exclusiva residencia tipo hacienda ubicada en Pomasqui. El objetivo principal es atraer a jubilados extranjeros y establecer alianzas corporativas con empresas de exportación y organizaciones internacionales. Responsabilidades: Identificar y contactar a empresas florícolas, frutícolas y organismos internacionales en Quito para ofrecer convenios de hospedaje. Gestionar la comunicación con clientes extranjeros interesados en estancias largas (jubilados y expatriados). Realizar seguimiento comercial a prospectos y agendar visitas guiadas a las instalaciones. Crear contenido estratégico para redes sociales enfocado en el mercado anglosajón. Requisitos: Inglés avanzado (C1/C2) tanto hablado como escrito (indispensable). Residencia actual en Ecuador, con capacidad de movilización a la zona de Pomasqui/La Pampa si es necesario. Experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B o gestión de clientes internacionales. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización administrativa.
