All outreach will happen face to face, so strong presentation skills and an existing network within major Indian or multinational corporations are essential. Your role runs end-to-end: identify viable national brands, pitch them the cultural and marketing value of associating with the puja, negotiate packages, and close the deal. You will be working on a pure-commission model; the higher the cash or in-kind value you secure, the larger your payout. Deliverables • A pipeline report of national corporations approached, meeting dates, and decision status • Signed agreements or MOUs outlining each sponsor’s commitment and branding rights • A final reconciliation sheet matching promised support to funds or materials received Performance is measured solely on secured sponsorship value; there are no fixed hours or retainers.
