Short Training on Commercial Loan Brokering

I need an experienced and successful person who has worked in the past or is still working as a commercial loan broker (but not mortgage broker) to train me via Skype. I need an end to end training through Skype - including Dont's and Do's to a beginner who is entering this industry. Please share the outline of training programme when applying to this job and your CV in brief.
