I run a group in a national financial services firm that grows through independent 1099 advisers, paid strictly by commission. My next cohort begins soon, and I’m ready to compensate someone who can introduce motivated people to our fully-remote training pathway. Here’s the snapshot of the opportunity you will be promoting to candidates: • Zero prior industry experience required. • Training delivered through structured online courses and group meetings at low/no cost to them. • On completion, they operate as independent financial consultants—never W-2, no hourly wage, earnings based on the business they write. The people you bring in must demonstrate: • Strong communication skills • Sales aptitude + an Interest in Learning a New Skillset • Analytical thinking + an Interest in Working with People • A strong network of people who are underserved wrt financial help/literacy (church groups, professional service organizations, etc) • Ability to Invest about $500-$800 in Obtaining a State Insurance License Using our Training System What I need from you 1. A steady flow of qualified leads who have expressly agreed to hear more about the program. 1. An agreement on fee for an initial test cohort 2. At least 10 leads to start (initial test cohort) for initial 50% payment; we will extend the agreement and add milestones if your first batch converts well. 3. A simple spreadsheet (name, email, phone, brief note on their background related to “must demonstrate”) so my onboarding team can make contact within 1-5 days. 4. < 10% no-show rate to (1) the company info session and (2) the initial in-person interview call (which results in the second 50% payment) Acceptance criteria • All leads are US-based adults legally able to work as independent contractors with a US SSN and no criminal history. • Each lead confirms that they understand compensation is commission only. • Each lead understands that there will be an up-front cost of between $500-$800 for them to train/obtain state licensing in the state they reside using our onboarding/training process. Feel free to use social media outreach, job boards, referral networks, or any ethical sourcing method—you know your craft better than I do.
