What the role covers • Client acquisition: build and prioritise a target list, reach out through LinkedIn, email and phone, and secure first meetings. • Relationship management: nurture every contact in a CRM, keep stakeholders engaged, and grow accounts after the initial sale. • Lead generation and closing deals: create a steady pipeline, handle objections with confidence, negotiate pricing and terms, and close. Essential traits • Proactive approach: you do the hunting, not the waiting. • Strong negotiation abilities: comfortable discussing value and margin with Swedish decision makers. • Capability to work independently: set your own plan, hit agreed monthly revenue targets, and report progress without hand-holding. Success will be measured by the volume of qualified leads generated, conversion rates, and the total value of deals closed. Weekly pipeline updates and a brief retrospective at the end of each month will keep us aligned and let us refine the strategy together.
