Your calls will be directed at individual consumers and the main objective is to offer consultative guidance that converts inquiries into committed customers while keeping satisfaction high. Here is what the role looks like day to day. You will research fresh consumer niches, dial prospects, hold friendly yet persuasive conversations, and record every interaction so the rest of the team can follow through seamlessly. When you sense a genuine need, you will match our products or services to it, negotiate confidently, and close. Expect to liaise frequently with marketing and delivery teams so promises made on the phone translate into smooth service on the ground. Regular feedback on market reactions, competitor moves and any process hiccups is invaluable, so I count on you for concise reports. Success will be measured by: • Daily call targets consistently met • Clear, accurate CRM updates after every call • Conversion ratios that meet or exceed agreed benchmarks • Positive customer feedback verified through follow-up surveys Minimum requirements: 12th pass, up to three years in a similar customer-facing role, and the communication flair to turn hesitant prospects into enthusiastic buyers.
