We are looking for a dedicated caller to work on company-generated leads and turn them into genuine buyers for our residential projects. Your main role will be to: Call potential customers, explain project details (location, amenities, pricing, floor plans), and understand their requirements. Suggest the right builder floor or villa from our portfolio. Once a buyer shows interest, keep in touch—schedule site visits, update details in our CRM, and follow up until the booking is done. Daily work includes: Making regular calls and reaching set targets. Keeping proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status. Supporting or coordinating with the on-ground sales team during site visits. What we expect: Graduate degree with 1–5 years’ experience in real estate tele-sales or similar roles. Good communication and a confident phone manner. Ability to generate leads, do cold calling, and explain projects clearly. Enthusiasm for helping clients find the right home. Your key deliverables: Daily call sheet with outcomes recorded in CRM. Weekly report of qualified leads, site visits, and possible closures. Smooth handover of leads to field sales for visits.
