Wholesale Real Estate Closer Needed

I’m growing my U.S. wholesaling operation and need an experienced closer who can jump straight into locking warm and hot leads under contract. Your core focus will be exactly that—getting signatures—so you must already be comfortable negotiating numbers, overcoming objections, and pushing deals across the finish line. Day-to-day you’ll be: • Calling pre-qualified motivated sellers • Structuring and presenting offers • Securing signed purchase agreements • Keeping up daily follow-ups until the deal is inked YOU WILL GET PAY PER HOUR AND ON COMMISSION TOO AFTER EVERY VLOSED DEAL I run everything through CRM software; right now my stack is DealMachine and PropStream, so fluency with those tools is important. If you also know systems such as Podio, Salesforce, or HubSpot, even better—but the key is that you can manage pipeline stages, notes, and tasks without hand-holding. Required to be considered: • Documented success closing wholesale deals in the U.S. market (please attach address, date, and assignment fee or HUD for at least two recent contracts) • Native-level or near-native English (C1/C2) • Clear, confident phone presence and persuasive negotiation style Once onboard, you’ll get fresh leads daily, a proven script, and immediate commission potential.
