We have a SalesForce (5 Users) that I want to create some workflows to help automate our salesmans days. Reminders after quotes, and reminders after The Opportunity process and Case Processes
Salesforce Workflows / Automation.
Currently our Salesmen do not work in Salesforce. I have just purchased 10fold to to have our VOIP System integrate with Salesforce.
What I want to do is make the TASKS / Dashboard very simple for each salesman to come in to work each day and be prepared to do his tasks.
1) Any account with over 45 days of no activity should have a task created. That task should be a follow up, courtesy call to check on a customer. I would only want this to happen on accounts who are TYPE: ENDUSER, and POTENTIAL : MEDIUM or HIGH.
2) Any OPPORTUNITY Created should have an immediate Follow up Created, if it is still open. After 3 days, an automated Email template created to send to the customer (Hopefully the salesperson can accept this and just click a button to send it).
3) Closed Opportunites should get (1) Task Reminder to follow up after 1 week.
4) Any CASE Created should create a reminder Task every 7 days until closed to follow up on the case.
