What You'll Do: • Strategic Assessment: Analyze current sales processes and recommend optimal Pipedrive configuration to achieve specific business objectives • Custom Implementation: Build out pipelines, stages, custom fields, and automation workflows that align with client needs • Process Automation: Design and implement automated sequences for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and sales process optimization • Integration Setup: Connect Pipedrive with existing tools and platforms for seamless data flow • Training & Documentation: Provide clear guidance and documentation for ongoing system management We're Looking For: Proven Pipedrive expertise - You've implemented complex CRM setups, not just basic configurations Strategic thinking - You ask "why" before "how" and can recommend the best approach for different business models Professional services experience - Understanding of consultative sales processes and longer sales cycles preferred Automation mastery - Experience with Pipedrive's automation features and third-party integrations Clear communicator - Can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Project-focused mindset - Comfortable working within defined scopes and timelines REQUIRED TO ADVANCE: Case Study Submission To move forward in our selection process, please provide three detailed case studies from your best HubSpot implementations. For each case study, include: Problem: What business challenge was the client facing? (Be specific about metrics, pain points, and goals) Action: What did you implement? (Include specific HubSpot features, workflows, integrations, and strategic decisions you made) Results: What measurable outcomes did you achieve? (Include specific metrics like conversion rate improvements, sales cycle reduction, lead quality increases, etc.) Project Details: We will need to 1) audit the existing setup and provide recommendations, get approval on scope, 2) implement the scoped solution, and then 3) enhance and update as required. • Remote work with occasional video collaboration sessions • Timeline: ASAP
