All Opportunity records that reach the last stages must have to attach some supporting documents to it in order to have final approval. In this opportunity recorded there is a section that has 6 picklist fields with (Yes, No) values, if the user selects yes, they must upload the supporting document for this record. unfortunately, some users select yes but they forget to upload that document, in the file section. Management wants to force users to upload documents if they choose yes in the picklist value. Is there any way to do this in salesforce? also is it possible to attach this file next to the field to make easier for the approver to preview the file.
