SAP HCM Integration Lead Functional Consultant Location: Remote Experience: 10Years of Employment Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Integration Lead Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of HR system integrations across SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors landscapes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in HCM modules along with strong integration experience using SAP CPI/PI/PO and other middleware technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end integration design and architecture for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions Design and implement integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC/EC Payroll, and third-party systems Manage and support real-time and batch interfaces using SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, and Web Services Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications Drive HR data replication and synchronization across systems (EC SAP HCM) Work closely with technical teams to develop and deploy integration flows (i Flows), mappings, and enhancements Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements Lead integration testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues using tools like WE02, WE05, SLG1, CPI monitoring Provide production support and resolve payroll-related integration issues Mentor junior consultants and enforce best practices in integration design --
