98455 RSS News Page Needed

Please read this project description carefully? It covers everything I'll need and sets my expectations of the selected programmer.

I currently own a website that provides social services to a unique audience. I just added another menu button called “NEWS” to my website. I need a designer/programmer to develop an RSS news page for the NEWS page on my current site. This project focuses on RSS, RDF, Atom, OPML, Grazr etc.. The display of my news page, where and how the content will display, Ad Spaces, and setting up the RSS feeds to update every 30 minutes to an hour are significant issues. Professionalism, Vibrant Design, Uniqueness, and CUSTOMIZATIONS are key factors for this project. You must also be good at making suggestions.

Content will be pulled from multiple news sites and display within the news page you will design for me. The colors/text/graphics for the news page must match my current website. Categories for this news page are: Sports, Politics, African News, Asian News, US News, Fashion, Movies/Music, Funny News, Members Articles, MyWebsiteNews, Site Press, etc... I will expect the final product to be fully customized to the specifications I have described above. I am not looking for Mods or Stolen Scripts.

Please review the attached document for the project? It has samples of what I want my music page to look like. I NEED someone very experience with RSS, RDF, Atom, OPML, or even Grazr, etc.. You must share your experience on this and give me specific work you've done with RSS, RDF, Atom, OPML, or even Grazr, etc... You and I both know that being an experienced website designer or programmer is totally different from being experienced with RSS, RDF, Atom, OPML, or even Grazr This is not to prevent anyone from bidding on the project, but it helps to assure that my expectations for this project matches yours.

Please bid if you can do a decent job. I will abide my Scriptlance rules and follow their advices on this project. I do NOT pay before or during the project. Each time you work on the project, I'll periodically test it on your server. We'll discuss suggestions and changes. Upon file changes, you'll upload/install the final files/codes to my existing website. I'll pay you before you upload the files and setup everything to work seamlessly on my website. Also, you'll educate me or send me a user documentation detailing what I need to do frequently to keep the site up-to-date and fully functional.
