Currently our outbound call center handles outbound calls using asterix in a linux environment with callcentric as our voip provider. I would like someone to recommend a proven solution that works in this environment and handles it's remote installation with my onsite technician.
Solution needs to be able to handle voicemail options, pop up appropriate script when it recognizes incoming lines so agent can answer correctly and so on. This isn't a build, I just want someone knowledgeable to recommend a robust system and handle it's installation. Idea will be that we can then offer virtual receptionist solutions and inbound calls with different scripts and so on.
