we have recently installed and started an opentaps installation, it is running correctly but I need help in optimising it for our company. I am not good or confident at editing the xml files necessary.
We need email notifications to be set up along with out and in bound emails. We would need integration with Thunderbird to be created also. The ability to import CSV files for leads, and products in a certain format would be appreciated, we would want certain fields in the leads and contact etc to be removed and several to be added. We would also want counties to be incorporated into the address field as with the UK selected it is empty.
We would also want a security check on the installation and any problems that arise addressed.
It is mainly the CRM side of things that need to be optimised, the opentaps installation is installed on our company server,remote access can be easily arranged.
