Modification to Freelancer Script

I need a programmer that would be able to modify this script: [login to view URL] So that when a person views the user profile page, it will look like [login to view URL] where the user can post their own banner, easy to use option that allows the user to change their own colors as well as background, as well as a shopping cart feature to add items from that users profile.
