Move website to new server

I have a social networking website currently being hosted on godaddy for 115$ a month. Because the website is in its early stages I'd like to switch it to a celeron server on dedicatednow dot com. I previously posted this project however I did not include that the current server is windows and I'd like to switch it to linux if thats possible. I would ask of you to 1.) Recommend what kind of server package to build on dedicatednow 2.) Install the website on the new server 3.) Set up multiple domain names for the website. I will be purchising hosting/domain names etc so dont worry about that cost.
