I need a reliable local backup and recovery scheme configured on our in-house servers. The job covers planning the backup strategy, installing and configuring the chosen software or native OS tools, automating daily and weekly jobs, and documenting a clear restore procedure that anyone on my team can follow. Please include: • A brief outline of the software or scripting approach you recommend and why it suits an on-premise environment. • Configuration of full and incremental backups stored on our dedicated storage array. • At least one supervised test restore to prove data integrity and recovery time. • A concise hand-off document covering schedules, retention, and step-by-step recovery. You will receive remote access to the servers plus any credentials you need. Once the backup jobs run successfully and the test restore passes, I’ll consider the project complete.
