Hi, Most Selenium suites do not fail because scenarios are missing. They fail because three months later half the tests are red for reasons nobody trusts, and the team quietly stops running them. So for a first milestone the framework skeleton matters more than the scenario count. What I would put in: Page Object Model, so a UI change touches one file instead of every test. Locators on stable attributes, ideally data-testid. If your app does not have them, I will point out the few places where adding them would make the suite far more durable than any clever locator. Explicit waits on conditions only. No sleeps, and never implicit and explicit waits mixed, which is what produces the random failures people end up blaming on Selenium itself. Test data and environment config externalised, so the same suite runs against staging or local without touching code.
